App live should be your responsibility.
We are looking for a flutter App with IOT solution which will connect with Digital Billboards with one admin panel installed at various locations.
And ads can run or stop by partners themselves online. All the led displays will be connected to the internet through the admin panel.
There will be two panels.
Admin panel (Who will monitor and control all the activities)
Partner panel (Who will download the app, create an account by verifying otp (One mobile number or email i.d can be used only once to register an account), grant permissions, browse the app, select the packages, recharge their wallet, upload content and control their ads budget) once partner's budget is near to exhausted, then partner should be given alerts to recharge their wallet, if not recharged then their slots should be visible available to others. There should be push notifications. When partner will install app, then app should ask their location and show their address on the top of the app as it show on food delivery apps. They should see the available ads opportunity available on their pincode at first. After that if they want to book all categories, then there should be slots of individual category, multiple categories or all categories.
There will be an app installed in all led panels. Where a content will be uploaded by partner and run by admin only. When admin will click on run any ads then those ads will run on all led displays together according to slot. When slot timing is finished, ads will be changed, when money in the partner wallet is exhausted, then ads will not run.
We will make categories in the app and list shops in those categories like
Chemists
Grocery Shops
Fruits and Vegetables
Restaurants
Jewellery Shops
Hardware
Electronics
Toys and Games
Fashion
If any partner wants to run their ads on all of these shops then it can be done as per available slots all together.
If any partner wants to run ads in any category then they will have to book available slots and once their slot is booked then it should show unavailable to others in red color.
If any slots are available then it should show in green color.
Each slot should be of 30 seconds minimum.
After 30 seconds, the next slot will be seen like we book movie tickets.
There should be a user for a partner.
They will have to design a video advertisement of their requirements or choice and upload it in their panel, then it will come to admin for approval.
Then the admin will verify its content and decide to approve it and will push it to go live, pause or delete.
If the admin will approve it then it will go live instantly.
There should be an option for admin to revert it back to the user to modify the content with a comment email.
That email should go to the user panel which should be connected to their WhatsApp also with time and date of email with content.
Everything should be automatic.
Partner will have to recharge money in their panel to run their ads.
They will have the choice to select the tenure and timings of their advertisement.
Money should be debited after each and every ad display.
After recharge money is finished, ads will not run.
Admin can check the daily sales, daily downloads, total sales, total ads running at a time, total money is spent by each partner, how much money is left in their wallet, on daily basis or custom time, date range.
There should be an option for a partner to apply for a discount coupon on customer app.
There should be a payment gateway api.
There should be a Google maps api.
There should be sms and WhatsApp api.
The admin panel should be on the web.

Payment will be made in milestones 50+50.
