IOT GPS DEVICE WITH GSM 4G

I'm looking for someone to help me build a simple GPS tracker device. It should be compatible with a self-made device that supports Bus Plug and Play, and transmit data over Cellular (GSM/LTE).

Key Requirements:
- Device should be suitable for vehicle tracking purposes.
- Must be able to transmit data over Cellular (GSM/LTE).
- Compatible with a self-made device that supports Bus Plug and Play.

The ideal candidate should have experience with:
- Building GPS tracking devices.
- Working with Cellular (GSM/LTE) communication protocols.
- Understanding of vehicle tracking applications.
