IOS and android voice chat and messaging app

I am interested in an application similar to WhatsApp or Telegram with the following requirements:
- Voice chat and messaging protected by encryption: We want implement end-to-end encryption to ensure that all communication remains secure and private between users.
- Cross-platform availability: The application need be developed for both Android and iOS smartphones, ensuring that your users can seamlessly communicate across different devices.
- Server data retention: Messages and conversations will not be stored on any server, ensuring complete privacy and security between phones.
- Discreet application access: We want develop a stealth mode that allows the application to be hidden on the smartphone, accessible via a unique code or hidden behind another application with additional security (to be accessed via a calculator, for example by entering a code)
- Automatic data deletion: In case of unauthorized access attempts, the application can be set to automatically delete all associated data after a certain number of incorrect code entries.
