I need a IOS/Android mobile app built for my crm system. It must be able to navigate without internet access as well as create records such as new customers without data access.
So it must be able to work without internet in other words and when the internet is avaialble it should sync the data to the server.
Below you will find screenshots of my current online web app that we currently use for the design, fields etc. We have one module not integrated with this web app currently which is incidents. This module
will have about 75 fields at the most. There will be some requirements in this module to hide certain fields, make fields required etc that will need to be implemented.

I need to use mapbox navigation SDK instead of google maps which is what is shown in my screenshots.
My map will need to display multiple pins on the map when the layer is enabled as well my location and other device locations that is also using the app.
I will have up to 100 fields to integrate into espocrm application using the following technology
I have a dedicated server with my crm using the below technology.
MySQL/PHP/JQuery on a Cpanel/CentOs machine
crm's api docs are here

authenication is also required to access this app which is based on the user module in the crm.
Time is important as is pricing for me.
You must be willing to do 3 milestone payments
1. UI Completion
2. GPS Navigation Completion
3. Finalized product.
I will provide developer access for Apple and Android Stores.
I will also provide the mapbox api key.
