ION EV Charging App

ION is a charging platform for EVs in Jordan .
We are looking for a developer with experience in react-native. The Android is targeting API level 19 and bunch of other outdated packages that needs to be upgraded.
As per Google, we should be targeting API level 33. We want a buildable project that can build successfully and generate apk of the app. Nothing needs to be changed in terms of UI nor the functionality of the app itself. This has to completed in less than 1 month.
