INJOY Mobile App

I created an app several years ago that helps people find inner joy with affirming words of encouragement. I never got a chance to launch it due to personal reasons. I have examples and content of the app and would like a developer that will work with me to revamp it and support me thru the entire process of launching the app onto the IOS and Android platforms. I would like an honest and professional app developer to help me thru the entire process. Detailed information regarding my existing app will be given to the Freelancer chosen. I will require a NDA/IP agreement and I will need app consultations on what are the requirements/best recommendations and how to monetize the app to its greatest potential. I also may need information about the latest mobile app development technology.
