Full Stack Developer Needed to Build Hyperlocal Services App (iOS & Android)
We’re developing a hyperlocal home services app, similar to Urban Company or Ola/Uber, focused on delivering services like electrician, AC repair, maid, cook, and salon at home. The app will serve both customers and service providers.

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to build the MVP (iOS + Android apps + Admin panel) with key features including location-based service assignment and a rating/feedback system.

Core Features to Build:

Cross-platform mobile apps (React Native or Flutter preferred)

OTP-based login for customers and service providers

Auto-assignment of jobs to nearby workers (like Ola/Uber model)

Jobs show to available nearby workers

First to accept gets the job

Rating & feedback system

Customers rate workers after service

Top-rated workers get priority in job assignment

Booking history and status tracking

Push notifications & basic in-app chat

Simple web-based admin panel to manage users and requests

Responsibilities:

Design and develop backend APIs (Node.js, Firebase, or similar)

Build cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter/React Native)

Integrate real-time location tracking and job dispatch logic

Ensure a smooth and scalable MVP experience

Deliver a clean, well-documented codebase

Requirements:

Proven experience in full stack app development

Familiarity with maps, geolocation, and real-time systems

Past experience building marketplace or on-demand apps is a plus

Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines
