Hybrid Mobile App Development

We need a hybrid mobile app built. We have an existing app that's currently on both iOS and Android platforms, but we want to build a new hybrid app so it's the latest libraries, etc.

It's a travel app for Route 66. The existing app is "Route 66 Ultimate Guide"

Basically want to get rid of the native apps and create a new hybrid, with updated code, a fresh look, etc. For now, just create with existing features - other than the current 'navigation' feature. We want to implement the HERE Technologies navigation into our app to replace our current navigation.

Key Requirements:
- Build the app with user authentication feature (like email/password or OAuth)
- Ongoing updates and new features development
- Create all features of existing app in new app
- Backend is web-based (Laravel) and will remain in place. Some modifications of the admin may be necessary as the new app may require changes.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong experience in hybrid app development
- Expertise in implementing user authentication
- Familiarity with both iOS and Android platforms
- Ability to provide ongoing support and updates
