Hybrid Mobile APP (PLEASE REAL ALL BEFORE BIDDING)

I need to create a Hybrid mobile App (android & IOS).
It will be very basic the version 1.0. Only a few features besides the basic of every app.
1: Be able to send and Receive Top 20 Market Cap Crypto Currencies. List for Reference

2: Each Crypto should have its own wallet ID.
3: Time Capsule Feature.
a) User can choose which crypto and amount from wallet will be frozen on this feature. User will NOT have any access to this funds until countdown ends. Funds will actually be transferred to Admin Wallet.
b) User can select how long it will be frozen for. It allows jumps of 6 months, ex: 6 months, 1 year, 1 year and a half, 2 years, etc.
c) User can add more funds to the Time Capsule feature but it will not interfere with previous frozen funds or countdowns. Each new Deposit will be its unique Time capsule deal.
e) Animation for the vault being locked should be shown, when user starts Freezing Plan. Check link example:

a) Graphics Button (opens a page with many cryptos to choose and analyze.
b) Reports Button (opens a page that shows daily/weekly reports added by admin)
c) News Buttons (opens a page that shows daily/weekly news added by admin)
d) Wallet (opens a page where you can click on a drop down and choose which crypto do you want to see details as ID code, amount, copy Wallet, send money, etc)
e) Time Capsule ( Opens a page that shows all your active and unactive Time Capsules. Also allows you to create a new one.
5: Please type on the beginning of your bidding the word NEW YORK, so i know you have read my project before placing a bid. Or i probably will not message/choose you for the project. 6: The Obvious basic things: Log in/Register/forget password/new password/account page(phone, address, etc),2 factor authentication (email with code), dark/light mode.
7: Design: For you to create the design from scratch i have attached here below a link of an app i like the design, and also pictures of another to inspire you to understand. not only placement of things but also looks, etc. What i want for my app is this modern tron/neon look, and specially this buttons that look like they are popping up and when you press them, it shows they are down, squished).

- History of transaction
5)- Time Capsule: Here user can freeze ( Transfer crypto to admin's wallet) for the set of 6 months time period. ( Animation is required for the transaction and putting the funds)
