Job Title: Convert Houzez WordPress Website into a PWA and Publish to Google Play and Apple App Stores (Full-Service Project)

Project Overview
I am the owner of a real estate platform built with the Houzez WordPress theme. I want to convert this website into a modern, fully functional Progressive Web App (PWA) and publish it on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

This is a full-service project. I’m looking for a developer or agency who can take care of the entire process from start to finish — including technical implementation, app packaging, store submission, and successful publication.

Scope of Work

PWA Development and Configuration

Convert the existing Houzez-based WordPress site into a PWA

Configure the web app manifest and service worker

Implement add-to-home screen capability

Ensure responsive design and smooth UX across mobile devices

Optimize for speed, performance, and offline access where feasible

Android App (Google Play Store)

Wrap the PWA using Trusted Web Activity (TWA) or similar approach

Build and sign an APK/AAB file suitable for Google Play

Configure app name, package ID, app icons, and splash screen

Submit the app to the Google Play Store

Handle all communication with Google Play during review and make revisions if necessary

iOS App (Apple App Store)

Wrap the PWA using WebView-based technologies such as Capacitor or Cordova

Prepare an iOS app build (IPA/Xcode project) ready for submission

Ensure the app complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines

Assist with setup in App Store Connect and provisioning

Submit the app via TestFlight and follow through until publication

Requirements

Experience with PWA development, particularly converting WordPress sites

Proven success deploying apps to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Familiarity with the Houzez WordPress theme is a plus

Ability to design and configure app visuals (splash screen, app icon, etc.)

Excellent English communication and responsive collaboration

Fully functional Progressive Web App
