Hot or not style picture rating app

I need an app hot or not style The member will upload pictures in different categories The other member will say choose hot or not. The app will be very easy . No comment or texting. Just lots of infographics. The project maker is responsible launching app for both iOS and android. You should also be implementing admit advertisement services in the app.
I will be giving nothing to you. You are responsible for all design and coding. You can use ready templates or ready images . No need to be unique.
