I'm looking for an experienced app developer to create an online horse racing form guide app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app should include:

The idea of the app is to create a search engine with several filters where the user can search for a race horse on race day that meets aspecific criteria that the user wants in a horse i.e . 'wins at distance' or 'wins at track'. There would be a dozen plus filters and the search would have to search the web through statistic and data websites to provide the horse OR horses that meets that criteria. Once the search engine retrieves the results it will display the odds of a bookmaker and the user can click the odds link which will take them directly to the bookmaker app or website. Similar to punters.com.au
Then...
An AI bot will then give an opinion on the horse and compare it to the rest of the horses it is running against.
