Home services & sell spare parts Mobile App ( iOS & Android )

Hello, we need an application to provide home/office maintenance services, with the possibility to sell spare parts as well. The end customer should raise a task with some details and a photo of the problem. The task will be visible to the nearest repairmen and only one of them will accept the task (can we consider bidding option?), so only then the exact location is shown to him. The system should charge the end customer with the service fees and the spare parts (if any).with worker option to manage their tasks or active their status and give the ability for the end-user to give a feedback about the worker with 3 languages Arabic, English & Urdu ( for workers ) , with tracking system & geolocation activation ( to close and active areas based on capacity of the workers )
also, need to link it to Odoo ERP as a backend
