Home Window Measuring App to help me sell windows-MUST MEASURE WINDOWS VERTICALLY and EASILY
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a developer to create a Home Window Measuring App for both iOS and Android platforms. This app is intended to help me sell windows and must measure windows vertically and easily. This is important because every application that I have seen only does an easy measurement with the floor(horizontally). I anticipate the app having minimal users at first but hopefully growing quickly. I am likely only going to use it in a small region and if it works great go from there.
***Whats most important is to get a reasonable measurement inside 2-3 inches error so I can give a rough estimate of the cost of a new window. Most users will have about 10 windows and 10 measurements. I would like to see a picture taken of the client's window with the measurement on it like in MEASURE. If this works the next step would be to allow users to use AR to see their new windows in their camera. They will not order through the app but only request a quote. I dont mind if you use a pixelation program to do the measure or use AR or if you have another suggestion let me know.
In the area that I am going to launch the adroid/IOS mix is 50/50 so either app can be built first. APPLE 11 IOS has advanced AR so if you want to go that route first let me know as I may need to do a little research.
