Hiring software developer

We have a wordpress website that is fully developed! It is a social skill-sharing site.
We are looking for a professional person, easy to work with, and must be project orientated, and able to work on a deadline.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will use a WordPress plugin (WPMobile.App) to convert the our website into a Android and IOS app.
You are going to work with Lionel (tech lead) to implement best practices for the app (convert users to paid customers)
You will be working on improving our video chat and audio chat look and feel
You will be working on our push notification making sure that in the app version of our website is sending notification to users when a question is posted and push notifications when a post is added.
You will be adding Ads (paid ads) to the app for Android and IOS
You will create a store for us to sell products and courses. It should be easy for us to add products and courses, and the store should be displayed on the footer.
