Hire expert developer who upload my android apps on google console account

I am looking for an expert developer to upload my Android app(s) onto my Google Play Console account. I do not have an account set up yet and will need assistance with that. The app(s) have already been developed, so I just need help with the uploading process. After the app(s) is uploaded, I will require ongoing maintenance and support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Play Console and be able to provide ongoing technical support.
