High Complexity Java (Spring) Backend Design

I'm in the process of launching an online marketplace and I need a highly complex backend system based on microservices using Java (Spring). This system should be designed to provide APIs for iOS and Android applications.
To begin, I would like to have a 2-3 hour consulting session conducted via Google Meet and recorded by me. During this session, we will use FigJam to collaboratively draw the system design. You will guide me through the best practices and recommend architectural solutions, ensuring a robust and scalable design for our platform.
After this initial session, we will decide on the subsequent steps and how the rest of the project will proceed.
Key Requirements:
- User Authentication: The system should support secure authentication for users.
- Product Management: The system should allow for easy management of products on the platform.
- Payment Processing: Integration with payment processing APIs or gateways to facilitate smooth transactions.
Software Design Complexity:
- The design should be highly complex with extensive customization and scalability.
Microservices Functionality:
- User Management and Authentication: To secure the platform, user data, and transactions.
- Data Storage and Retrieval: To ensure seamless access to the required data.
- Integration with Third-Party APIs: Facilitating smooth interaction with external services.
- Scalability and Load Balancing: To handle increasing traffic and activities.
- Real-Time Communication: To enable instant messaging between users.
Additional Features:
- Buyers and Sellers Bidding: Implementing an auction system between users.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, and microservices architecture.
