Step 1 - Download the current version of Visual Studio Community 2022 and build a .Net shared android library template with openvc native libs attached, the lib you build must be able to call opencv functions like Mat and Imread Imwrite etc ...
Step 2 - Show me how you got it to work and I pay you a hundred dollars ... easy peasy!!
