Help to setup existing App for Huawei App Gallery

We have an Android App and need help to setup a version for the Huawei App Gallery.
We do have an in-app purchase and need to configure that subscription to take payment on the App Gallery.
I need you to work with our development team to help them incorporate this into the app in Android Studio - So essentially assist our Dev team. They will be doing updates to the app so will need to know how to do the App Gallery part going forward.
If you can assist and guide the team to do the App Gallery and payment incorporation. Our coding team will do the coding - just need assistance.
