Help me in making changes in my News app and fixing bugs.

I have made a news app (By following a tutorial) that shows news in a recycler view. I want the following changes:
1. The news should show from all countries. The title or description should contain "football" keyword. Language should be english.
2. When someone click on the list item a new activity should open with title, author, time, image, description.
3. News items with "removed" written in title and description or no image should be removed from the news list.
I am using www.newsapi.org API.
