Help me learn and guide Native Mobile App Tracking with Firebase

I'm web tracking professional and well versed with the web tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google ads, Server Side Tracking, etc. I've recently started learning native app tracking but getting stuck at many instances and don't know how to accelerate the learning process as native tracking is different and has limitation of not being able to sandbox the environment like web tracking.
I'm looking for native app tracking specialist (Android and iOS apps) who would help me to get started, accelerate the learning and help with tools, tricks and clarify doubts once in while.
