Help from app publisher for Uplaod android app on play consol. -- 3

I am looking for help from an app publisher who can assist me with uploading my Android app to the Play Console. I do not require assistance in publishing the app, as I am confident I can handle this myself. Additionally, I will be responsible for marketing my own app and do not need support in this area. This project is for help with uploading the Android app to the Play Console only.
