Health promotion app

I represent 6 gp surgeries in Surrey. We are looking for an app to display health promotion and local services info. We don't need any logins or ecommerce etc just well designed easy to use way to click through health info that we can update easily. We want to start with social prescribing and have patient leaflets etc that we can supply with the information. Ideally need to be ios and Android.
