I'm looking for a skilled app developer to create a basic health information app that requires a free-scription for access. The app will feature two types of user logins: clinicians and patients. It will include educational tutorial videos, downloadable PDF guides and manuals, and a (funding-dependent) potentially a secure Q&A section where only clinicians can respond.

Key Requirements:
