Groceries App in Flutter

I need a professional grocery App in flutter, any design works
Navigation menu
Menu items: Shopping list, pantry, settings
Home Screen: should display number of items from shopping list and pantry
All data in local mobile storage
Basic functionality:
In shopping list, I need to add category list then add items to that list( items should populate when adding from pre defined list, if exist, tap to add from dropdown list, if not exist tab to add to list), once items checked in shopping list then it need to go to pantry list.
In Pantry list: I need to add new list and also predefined list (fridge, freezer). items should be added from shop list once checked and can be added manually
In Home Screen: number of items from shopping list and panty should display.
In Setting Screen: Dark mode, light mode and also whole app theme colours.
please quote who can finish within my budget Rs 6,000 -10,000 (it can't be increased) and in 1 week from assigning, whatever price quoted by you will be final. Further discussion will be only related to project specifications and not on budget
Not required to deploy app to app store, required complete code and steps to deploy. scope of adding more screens possible based on initial work done.
