Google Play Console Specialist

I'm seeking a specialist with extensive experience in Google Play Console for assisting in My VPN app publication and managing updates/releases.

The app is currently in closed testing stage - but when we are testing app it does not work correctly or connect to servers.

However if I download the APK & ARCHIVED APK from the AAB file in google play console it works perfectly

What am I missing? can you fix?
