Google Maps-based Android App Development

I am seeking an adept Android developer to advance my project centered around a Google Maps-integrated application.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement all forms from the provided template, crucial for referencing and inputting coordinate data for land plots onto the Google Maps layer.
- Utilize the Google Maps API and incorporate specific locations from West Kalimantan, Indonesia within the app.
- Develop a front-end admin panel with functionalities including:
* Data input for land plots
* User management
* Report generation
- Create a back-end admin with features for:
* API management
* Database management
* User access controls
- Establish a directly connected SQL-based (MySQL) database for the project.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in Android development with proven experience in creating GPS-based applications.
- Familiarity with Google Maps API is a must.
- Prior experience developing both front-end and back-end admin panels is desirable.
- Strong understanding and experience with SQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
