Golfer's Map by Xamarin -- 2

I need a xamarin mobile page using google map to display map of a hole of golf course. I want to have 2 pins on the screen. the first pin represents golf hole and the second pin represents current location. The first pin must always be at the center of top screen. The current location must be at the center of bottom screen and movable every 30 secs following moving of current location. So the map's always rotates and zooms in or zoom out up to distance every 30 secs because user may move around such like google map shows direction in the car. It must works on both iOS and Android. I need to have this project within 2 weeks.
