Geolocated augmented reality and markers

Hello, I need a quote for an android app based on geolocated augmented reality.
The application will show a map of the city with a route predefined by the administrator, which will link a series of GPS markers to places in the city related to some legend.
Once we are on the indicated coordinates and the phone is focused, a 3D animation with audio included will be displayed, representing what the legend tells. It would also have another version with augmented reality based on markers, in which a photograph appears on the marker that would be, for example, a photograph of a facade of a house, where an old image is superimposed on the marker that is the same photo today.
The user will have 2 options:
-1 make a route of legends or stories, which consists of a series of markers using GPS coordinates, which will show an animation or a video when the user is in those coordinates focusing with the camera of his phone while using the app.
-2 make a route that shows how time has passed in the city, it consists of a series of normal markers, I would take a photo of a building as it is today and when the user scans that same building (which will be the marker ) will display an old photo above the bookmark.
