Gaza Help and Donation Phone App

I'm seeking a capable mobile app developer to create a cross-platform (iOS and Android) application with dual functionality for donors and volunteers. The primary aim of this app is to facilitate the collection of donations for Gaza aid.
Key Features:
- Donation Collection: The app should be able to securely process donations and provide real-time updates on total contributions.
- User Accounts: It needs to cater to both donors and volunteers, requiring distinct account types with specific functionalities.
- Personal Aid/Money Request: People can post what they Need (food, drugs, water, tents, clothes) and post equivalent beside its money equivalent.
-Group Request: A person can post we need X amount of money to provide X amount of goods
-Confirmation of people needing Aid/Money: Ability to post Pictures and videos, which can be either withing app or linked to a social media app if easier. Info as Phone and connect to messengers serves should be easy to call and contact
-Confirmation of trustful mediators: Most people in Gaza cant receive money unless they have foreign accounts or transmitted to them by family of friends. If A mediator in between, can approve he can provide money/aid to the one who need it, the money goes to him. And within the app, the person must confirm he received aid and even rank the mediator. Also the mediator must post pic or video of delivery of Aid (or by a connecting to other social media app)
-Aid/Money tracking: Like Donation Sent. Donation received by mediator. Donation received by the one who asked for it
- Clear tabs: for Available donors (to be able to request from them), Available mediators (with ratings) , Requests zone, Social media (to connect to social media which has donations)
- Cross-Platform Compatibility: The app should work seamlessly on both iOS and Android devices.
