Garmin Watch - Voice Note App

I'm looking to create/develop an app for Garmin watches. The app will allow users to take voice notes on their watch which will then be transcribed to text and sent to a paired device, and subsequently emailed to a designated address.

Key Features:
- Voice note taking on the Garmin watch
- Automatic synchronization to paired device upon connection
- Transcription of voice notes to text
- Support for multiple languages in transcription (later phase thought)
- End-to-end encryption for voice note data (later phase thought)

The app may need to be complemented by a mobile app, preferably integrated into standard Android apps before developing for IOS. If necessary, we can start with one model of Garmin watch, focusing on the newest fēnix® 8 series.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in app development, specifically for Garmin watches
- Proficiency in Android development, with IOS skills being a plus
- Expertise in voice recognition and transcription software
- Understands the mechanics of automatic device synchronization
- Ability to potentially create a complementary mobile app
