Play console account

I am urgently in need of a gaming app that can be distributed on the Playstore. While my specifics for the gaming app are a bit flexible, I am particularly leaning towards games based on account set up. Meaning, a player needs to create an account to fully experience the game. I do not necessarily require multiplayer modes or in-app purchases, nor is an offline mode a must-have. However, those extra features could be a bonus for any interested developers who could implement them.

The project is urgent and I need it completed as soon as possible.
