The bird feature is activated only when he is in certain areas and it allows him to go into a godlike mode, which is another reward system, where he can locate places in the map where he can find more bulbs and also where he can get upgrades to his abilities and items. Going to the movies unlocks trophies, which can be used to unlock more areas of the map and more opportunities, and it also lets the character recharge, heal, and gain points for upgrades.
