IS82 Game Cookie Tracker Development

Hello,
I run the website is82.com and Interstate 82 Discord comminity which is the home of is82.
Is82 is a free to play video game. It is the race car mod of the original Battlefield 1942 game on the PC.
In this game, there are approximately 250 levels/maps to play, most of which are obstacle style levels/maps that focus on teamwork to complete in a convoy type of setting. Players are rewarded virtual cookies (by me, via various threads online and/or on Discord) for beating these obstacle levels/maps. The levels/maps are also ranked by difficulty, 1 through 7.
I want a better, more visually appealing, method for players to track their completed levels/maps.
I have a concept that I would like to discuss with a professional and see how this can be done.
My 2 part plan:
PART 1. THE COOKIE TRACKER IMAGE
I have a photo of a race track that has individual spaces throughout which will identify as the individual levels/maps. I can have this modified to accommodate any number of levels/maps in case more content is made in the future.
Each square/space on the image will represent one level/map.
When a player is logged in on the website they will have access to selecting a basic character from 4 choices and a basic car from 2 choices.
I have many concepts/drafts for these characters and cars to share when the project begins.
Players can scroll through and select any square/space they want and when they do, there will an animation of their character and/or car that moves to that particular location. Sound effects will be needed in those moments.
Each square/space will have a side menu associated to it that displays all of the stats for that specific level/map, as well as a box that can be checked off whether or not it was successfully beaten and verified by an admin.
This will require admin specific login details i imagine.
Example stats per level/map include, but not limited to, are:
•Level/map screen shot of loading screen
•Level/map thumbnail image
•Creator of level/map
•Difficulty rank of level/map
•Additional screenshot link
•Link to any YouTube videos of said level/map
•Link to the level/map on speedrun.com (will need to be confirmed)
I would also like to have a leaderboard attached to this project. (Not time trials at this point)
PART 2. THE WEBSITE
This may require certain updates to the website, is82.com as well as optimization for mobile.
It would be nice to also feature a dedicated channel on my Discord server featuring an ever updating leaderboard pulled from the website.
I look forward to working with you on this project.
Again, this is only a passion project. It will not generate any income from the users. I have an extremely limited budget for this. Please quote realistically and sparingly.
