GPS Tracker + Monitor Mobile app for IOS and Android.

Broadly the App needs to be able to be configured with a pet tracker device and display the input collected by the device.

What I need the app to be able to do is the following:
1. Live Tracking collecting the info from the device’s GPS.
2. Collect tracking data from the GPS.
3. Create Virtual fences that generate a notification if the GPS is outside the fence.
4. Display the amount of battery left on the device.
5. Display/Monitor: Steps, Heart Rate, Sleep (Gathered from the Device)
6. Allow to send and personalize notification based on the collected data.
7. Be able to connect the device on more than one phone.
8. Be able to connect multiple devices on one user.
