GPS Location SMS Mobile App

I need a mobile application designed and developed for both iOS and Android devices. The app should have the following features:

- GPS Location Sharing: The app should send SMS to a designated recipient with the GPS coordinate of the sender when a specific button is clicked. There should be 4 such buttons.

- Accuracy: The primary focus of the initial version of the app should be on the accuracy of the GPS location. It should be as precise as possible.

- Speed: The SMS should be sent promptly. Therefore, the speed of sending the SMS needs to be prioritized as well.

- Signal Handling: In cases where the GPS signal is weak or unavailable, the app should notify the user and suggest moving to a place with better signal. This feature is crucial for the functionality of the app.
