Full-Stack Developer For Simple Company Onboarding System

I'm seeking a proficient full-stack developer to create a simple, user-friendly onboarding system for my company. This system needs to be compatible with both web and mobile platforms, specifically targeting Android for the mobile app. The onboarding system should encompass the following key features:

- User Registration: A seamless sign-up process for new employees.
- Document Upload: Enabling users to upload necessary onboarding documents.
- Form: Incorporation of various forms to capture necessary information.
- Signatures: A feature allowing users to digitally sign documents.

Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of web and Android mobile applications. Proficiency in implementing user registration systems, document upload features, and digital signature capabilities will be highly regarded.
