Full Setup of QuickDate Dating Platform (Web + Android) with Payment Integration

Description:
I need an experienced developer to deploy and configure the QuickDate dating platform including:

1. Website Installation:
- Install and configure the purchased QuickDate PHP script (Laravel) from [CodeCanyon](https://codecanyon.net/item/quickdate-the-ultimate-php-dating-platform/23268605) on a live server
- Ensure all core features (user registration, matching, chat, etc.) are fully functional
- Integrate necessary server environments (PHP, MySQL, SSL, etc.)

2. Android App Deployment:
- Configure and build the QuickDate Android app (Xamarin/.NET) from [CodeCanyon](https://codecanyon.net/item/quickdate-android-mobile-dating-platform-application/23380884)
- Publish the app to Google Play Store including:
- Store listing setup (descriptions, graphics, ASO)
- Google Play Developer Account configuration
- Release management (production build)

3. Payment System Setup:
- Implement Google Play Billing for in-app purchases
- Configure Google Pay/Google Wallet integration
- Test end-to-end payment functionality
- Ensure compliance with Google's payment policies

Requirements:
