Freight Marketplace app (Web and Android)

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Freight Marketplace app for both web and Android platforms.
Please apply, ONLY if you meet the following criteria
1. Understanding of a Freight marketplace app (we are not looking for a generic marketplace)
2. Understanding of business workflows for Shippers, Dispatchers, Fleet Operators and Drivers
3. Understanding of FTL and LTL in the freight load market
4. Understanding of APIsetu, or working with APIs from Govt. of India (like PAN, AADHAAR, Driving Licence, RC etc...)
