Freelancer to publish my ready app on my Google Play account

I have a ready app, I need someone to publish my app to google play store. I will provide the source code. Developer should set the app according to documentation, change app name, app logo, app package name and publish the app under my google play account. I can fill the google play profile and submit the app for review.
