Hello, I am a developer running a small IT company in South Korea. Our company consists of experienced developers, planners, designers, and other professionals.
Our company is currently seeking a freelance developer to maintain an Android app operating on the Android platform. The project is written in Kotlin, and we are looking for a freelance developer with experience and excellent development skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform maintenance and improvement tasks on an existing Android app
- Fix bugs and optimize app performance
- Add new features and perform updates
**Qualifications:**
- [Very Important] Fluent communication skills in English.The project owner is Korean and seeks a partner who can dedicate themselves to effective communication due to limited proficiency in English.
- Experience in Android app development using Kotlin
- Proficiency in Jetpack Compose UI
- Experience in Android app maintenance and bug fixing
- Proficient in using source code management tools like Git and GitHub
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Skills:**
- Portfolio of previously maintained apps
- Experience working collaboratively with other teams
**Employment Conditions:**
- 4 hours per week (20 hours)
- Initial contract period is on a bi-weekly basis. If communication is effective and there are no issues with project execution, it will transition to a monthly contract.
