Co-Founder & Coder for Mobile App

I'm seeking a business partner with coding expertise to help create a shell+ code application. The app should be designed for both iOS and Android platforms, with the potential for half ownership and profit share.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design and development of a mobile application
- Code using shell+ and other relevant languages
- Contribute to business strategy and decision making

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in full-stack development, with a focus on mobile applications
- Experience coding for both iOS and Android
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in profit sharing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
