Fork a ETH blockchain

I am looking for a skilled programmer to help me fork an Ethereum blockchain. The starting point of the project is a new decentralized application (DApp), and my goal is to provide additional features to the original ETH chain that I can benefit from. I need someone who is comfortable working with proof of work consensus protocols and is able to adequately secure the chain while also increasing its scalability. This project is of upmost importance, so I'm looking for someone who is experienced in working with Ethereum blockchains and is confident in their ability to get it right. 1. New Blockchain
2. Extension Like Metamask for all browsers
3. Android and IOS wallets(as Metamask or trust wallet)
4. Window Wallet
5. Explorer for test and main net both
6. Fucket for the test net
7. Miners and Validators
8. Need to chnage the initial of the address and hash like 0x -> csc
