Preferred open STB hardware but will consider specific STB and multimedia server hardware.
App shall be supported under Windows 11 based Platform and or Android
Multiple user login for example Admin, Operator
All IP STBs can be seen in the TV app, All TV channels can be seen in the app
Admin can assign a group of TVs boxes/TV to multiple operators
Operators can assign desire TV channels via apps to specific STBs (Operator can only see his assigned STBs)
Operators can change channel and volume
Operator can schedule TV channel or archived video so the App can change TV channel and predetermined audio to the assigned TV. (Up to one month, schedule can be repeated automatically)
All code and documentation will be handed over for the full payment
Payment in 3 installment 1st 30% upon login functions Admin/operators, assign Channels/contents to assigned IP TV boxes. 2nd 30% upon schedule and schedule-based change TV channels and audio. Final 40% payment upon project acceptance and handing over the final code.
