Football / Chess mobile game

Football Chess is an innovative mobile game that combines the tactical gameplay of chess with the excitement of football (soccer). It offers a unique and challenging gaming experience where players strategize and compete to score more goals than their opponents on a chess board or tile map.
I don't have any preferred technology for it to be built in. It needs to work on both iOS and Android devices. More info in the attachment.
