I'm looking for a talented developer to create an Android app similar to Zomato with a focus on food ordering.

Key Features:
- The app should primarily facilitate food ordering.
- Users must have the ability to upload photos with their reviews.
- The app should cater to four user roles: Customer, Restaurant Owner, Delivery Person, and Admin.
- Need for University Project
