Food Delivery services Platform

Hello, I’m looking for someone to develop a food delivery services platform for me. The platform will include both a web and mobile app for iOS and Android. I will also need payment options integrated so that users can purchase food through the platform. Lastly, I have some specific features in mind that I would like the platform to include.
