Flutter plugin for ACR1255U-J1 Bluetooth NFC Reader

I need a flutter plugin for an existing app to add support for the ACR1255U-J1 Bluetooth NFC reader.
The plugin should:
Compatible with both Android and iOS
Link to a reader via Bluetooth and remember linking so re-pairing is not required when app is re-run
Place reader in polling mode and automatically read NFC card serial number when card placed on reader
Option to operate in background providing stream of detected card serial numbers as they are presented
There is no need to write information to NFC card, just read the serial number. This is an asset identification app.
The manufacturer has published example Android and iOS apps with supporting libraries.
if developer is UK based I can loan test ACR1255U-J1
No issue with developer retaining IP, however I will need full source code to the plugin for future development and full rights to use.
