Flutter iOS and APK app signing and submission

I have a working, running Flutter app using Android studios and I'll like to package for iOS and Android. I am having issues signing the app on my laptop and don't have a MAC to package and submit for iOS so I'll like both android APK signed (APK file and keys sent to me) AND iOS app built and signed (I will provide my apple developer login details)
