Flutter application for reading data through Bluetooth and display

Hi I am looking for somebody who can help me to develop an application in flutter so that I can deploy the application in android and IOS.
The functionality of the application is that there should be sign up page where in the uses can enter all the details about themselves and also enter device ID. There should be provision for the user to add multiple device ID. Post successful validation of the OTP the user will be able to login to the application. The device ID is should be validated by connecting to the Bluetooth and enter the secret passcode which will be provided by us. We will provide all the necessary API for communication with the Bluetooth device where initially the secret code has to be validated with the bluetooth device and the device should be marked as verified. There should be some fields that should be send along with the API which will be the parameter of the mobile device in which the user has logged in. The user should be able to share the app through QR code and add those app as the child validated app for accessing to the primary registered devices.
Further post completion of these one time process whenever the user login the app should be able to connect to the registered bluetooth device and call the API and based on the response from the API which will be providing around 10 values this should be displayed in aesthetic way like a dashboard. There should be provision for adding multiple bluetooth devices and concurrently receive these data and display the same in an aesthetic way.
There should be also a provision to communicate to the devices through Wi-Fi as there will be also Wi-Fi component connectivity. For communicating through Wi-Fi initial setup should be done through Bluetooth and add the various parameters of SSID and port details along with the passwords. Based on this model multiple devices can communicate to one single app through Wi-Fi.
The received data should be saved and also there should be reports available to be taken from the saved data based on the filters such as the device ID date time etc.
We will be providing all the relevant API for communicating with the device and also communicating to server application. The server application will be done by us.
The requirement is very precise and his describe in brief and the Ui shall be neat and Aesthetic with good UX.
We would like to receive bit only from interested people who can understand from the above requirement and provide the best solution. We seriously believe that people who have done similar applications will be able to very clearly understand the time essential for developing such applications and will be able to provide a very clear and fixed cost for the same.
